Direct the design, development, and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
Own strategic direction, implementation, performance measurement & evolution of consumer programs within social & digital channels to incite user acquisition, consumer retention, engagement, win-back & advocacy.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Work with content publishing team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on all pages.
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.).
Perform reporting analysis of campaigns & develop recommendations to optimize future performance.
Evaluate product, service offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design, security, demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords and campaigns.
Develop and manage email templates, newsletters, and outreach campaigns.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption.
Required Experience & Skills:
Basic knowledge of paid search & ability to run pay-per-click campaigns.
4-6 years of digital marketing experience, with a significant part of that being hands-on experience with SEO.
Proven experience with online marketing tools and website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Web Trends) and social media ads campaign.
Be highly motivated, able to act independently, and possess process strong management skills.
Ability to lead cross functional teams; manage complex projects.
Hands-on knowledge and proven track record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Exceptional written and spoken communication.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
